Our Company or the relevant institution (e.g., SSL security, Credit Card payment infrastructure) takes the necessary precautions within its systems and internet infrastructure to ensure the security of the information provided by members or guests, as well as the transactions they make. All credit card transactions and approvals on our site are conducted directly between you and the relevant Bank or similar Card Organizations, independently of our Company. Credit card information is not included in the personal information of members or guests; this information is not stored, viewed, or recorded by our company. All credit card transactions and approvals are conducted directly between the member and the relevant Bank or similar Card Organizations, independently of our Company.
In accordance with legal regulations, our Company, LiftArt, may engage in social, commercial, and other electronic communications with our members for the purpose of promoting, advertising, communicating, selling, and marketing all types of products and services, as well as for store card, credit card, and membership information and transactions. This may be done via SMS/text message, instant notification, automatic call, computer, telephone, email/mail, fax, Bluetooth (if enabled on your device), other wireless networks, and other electronic communication tools. Commercial electronic messages may also be sent to our members.
Other sites accessed from our site are subject to their own privacy-security policies and terms of use. Our Company is not responsible for any disputes, material or moral damages, and losses that may arise from the use of information from websites accessed for advertising, banners, content, or any other purpose, or from the ethical principles, privacy-security principles, service quality, terms of use, and other practices of these sites.
Members are responsible for the decisions they make based on the information they obtain from our site or other linked sites, the information, promotions, and advertisements sent to them via electronic communication, and any other suggestions. They are also responsible for all transactions, applications, and their consequences based on these decisions.
If a member purchases a product/service as a result of the aforementioned communications, information, promotions, and advertisements, the transaction is subject to a separate consumer contract that will be executed in accordance with legal procedures. The consumer contract will apply according to its own terms and between the parties. When you shop on our site, the order pre-information form and distance sales contract terms that you see during each transaction will be valid.

Based on the member’s clear notification, the processing of personal data and/or communications for the specified channels will be stopped within the legal maximum period (processing and communications that are legally necessary will continue). If the member wishes, information other than that which must be legally preserved and/or is possible to remove will be deleted from the data recording system or made anonymous so that their identity is not apparent. The member can also apply to our Company at any time to receive information about the processing of their personal data. Applications and requests on these matters will be fulfilled within the legal maximum period or may be rejected with a legal justification provided.
Regarding all information and content related to the site, their arrangement, revision, and partial/total use, all intellectual and industrial property rights belong to our Company and/or LiftArt Company, with the exception of those belonging to third parties by our Company’s agreement.
Our Company reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary regarding the topics above, as well as to the products, services, and opportunities it offers to its members. These changes become effective from the moment they are announced by our Company on the site or through other appropriate methods. All campaigns are subject to the announced terms.
